How do I purchase music ONLINE? Choose items within the link categories and click on the BUY button. Carefully follow the instructions. You should receive a couple of e-mails. One of them will have a password so you can login into your account at store.paulcardall.com using the e-mail you placed your order with.

What is my password and user name? Once you've completed your purchase an e-mail containing your password will go to the e-mail you used to purchase the product. That e-mail address is also your username.
PROTECTION FOR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED? Transactions without a shipping address aren't eligible for seller protection. They show up as unauthorized. It is important to enter your address. If you have not received your items contact us or do your order again entering an address.
I placed an Order and have not received it? Your transaction has been completed, a receipt and directions for your purchase have been emailed to management@stoneangelmusic.com. This could take anywhere from 5 minuntes to 24 hours if you purchased with a credit card/instant payment and up to 7 days with an e-check

I bought a Digital MP3 file, album, or PDF and have not received it? You should receive a couple of e-mails. Why can't I download the MP3's I paid for? Make sure all your pop-ups are temporarily disabled. Download the music. Then return your system to pop-up protection.
Why aren't my files showing up when I loging? Sometimes you have to re-login and wait to make sure the page is finished downloading. Clicking on the screen may cause the screen to pause. If this does not work try refreshing your history and empty your cache files then login.
My files are not MP3s - WHAT? Re-login to your account and try again. If this does not work try refreshing your history and empty your cache files then login. They sometimes appear as a .PHP or .DREAMWEAVER file.
E-PAYMENT: All purchases made with E-PAYMENT takes anywhere from 7-15 days, based on your bank, to go through. This is not recommended for downloads. You might not receive your files until your bank has processed your funds.
SONGBOOKS \ OUT OF PRINT or NO OPTION to BUY BOOK
When there is no option to purchase the physical songbook or compact disc we are out of print. From time to time we print more as our distributor demands product. Therefore, the only way to get the item is to buy them as a download and print them off of your home computer.

Can I send a check in the mail? Yes you can. Send a check for any item at the sale price listed here online and add $1.50 per shipping and handling for each item (CD or Sheet Music).
